The "Unopay" electronic wallet is one of the services of Raed Company, designed to provide innovative and secure financial solutions that facilitate users to conduct their financial transactions from anywhere and at any time. By using the "Unopay" wallet, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Unopay wallet services are provided in the following currencies: Yemeni Riyal (new and old), Saudi Riyal, and US Dollar.
Only one electronic wallet is allowed per phone number.
"Raed" Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal data and transactions of users.
In case of user violation of any laws or conditions, the company has the right to suspend the wallet and take necessary legal actions.
The service is automatically disabled if the user exceeds the allowed limit for entering the password incorrectly, and the service is not restored until contacting the administration.
Bill Payment
Payment of government bills (electricity, water, internet, landline phone).
Mobile recharge and payment of mobile phone bills.
Online shopping: Purchasing products and services through scanning QR codes of merchants.
Money transfer: Transferring money between "Unopay" holders and other wallets within Yemen.
Withdrawal and deposit: Withdrawal and deposit from the wallet through Unopay Bank or its authorized agents.
Additional services: Purchasing tickets, making hotel reservations, and ordering meals from restaurants.
Fill out the service subscription form.
Download the "Unopay" application from the app store.
Click on the "Activate Account" option.
Enter the mobile phone number registered with the bank.
Enter the activation code sent via text message.
Register personal information (name, ID number, etc.).
Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Log in using username and password.
Charge the wallet balance and start using it.
Do not share login credentials with anyone, and if necessary, change the password immediately.
Use secure Wi-Fi networks and avoid open networks.
Make sure to read and understand the terms and conditions before using the wallet.
Use strong passwords that are not easy to guess.
Do not keep login credentials in public places or on unprotected devices.
Registration and Membership
Creating an account requires choosing a username and password.
Password can be changed at any time through the application settings.
Sharing account data with any third party is prohibited.
